Many of the members of staff are himself member of recovery community and this the factor which encourages fellowships of the residents in becoming member which thus laid foundation for the program and giving them the chance of choosing mentor who will help in the recovery program.

It is based on principles that will effectively come to overcome the destructive power of alcohol and various drug addictions. Recovery program is based on a Christ model putting biblical approach in the path of recovery which is on the footsteps of spiritual guidance and 12 step principles.
